Have been buying appliances from here since 2015, never had a problem with my two washers, dryer or fridge. Prices are reasonable and customer service is top notch - they even helped this ole gal load them each time onto my truck. 'Bout to buy another washer for my daughter...because real service and friendly customer care draws my loyalty every time! Thanks for being there for my family, SS Appliance Store!!!

SS Appliance is great! We bought a washer/dryer set from them and had it delivered within 2 days. Our washer was experiencing issues, so we called SS Appliance up and they had someone out to pick it up and bring it back fixed all within 24 hours of our call (charge free!). On top of that, they ended up just replacing our washer for absolutely no charge to a newer model to ensure it would be working in a timely manner. We will 100% be buying from them again! I have never had a better customer service experience.

This a very nice place, the guy that work there was really helpful. He helped me pick a dryer out the fits my needs. I purchased the dryer and paid for the delivery fee and the next day they delivered the dryer. The guy that delivered the dryer plugged it in and said the dryer is not going to heat up because you have a short somewhere in your house. He was able to tell that just from plugging in the dryer! So I had my wiring looked at and turns out my breaker needed to be replaced, replaced the breaker with a bigger breaker and the dryer is working GREAT! There customer service is wonderful in store and out!!!!!!
